Changing your bookingWe understand that circumstances can arise where you need to cancel a booking and, where we are given sufficient notice,
we can often offer another similar booking within the same year in lieu of a refund.
This is often preferable as you get the full value of any payments you have made.
Where you cannot come on another date you may request a refund.
If we agree your refund this is how we would work it out:
75% of your payment may be refunded if cancellation occurs prior to 30 days of the arrival due date
25% of your payment may be refunded if cancellation occurs prior to 15 days of the arrival due date
All deposits are non-refundable.
Please be aware that refunds are at our discretion and circumstances may occur where a refund is not possible;
for example if we are informed late of a cancellation or have not been able to resell the booking.
